Al Mansoura Al Jadida Real Estate Development and Investment Company was established on September 16, 2010, in accordance with Law No. (23) of 2010 concerning commercial activities, registered under No. (25298).<\/span><\/p>\n

It was named after the development project of Al Mansoura area, which served as the cornerstone for the establishment of the company. The project holds strategic importance for the company, both in terms of its physical and moral aspects as the company undertook administrative and financial procedures, including property evaluation, granting compensation to property occupants, demolishing buildings, and conducting studies to prepare the approved urban plan by the Urban Planning Authority.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
